Modern Day Slavery Statement

As a certified survivor of international human trafficking the founder and owner of Press X 2 Play Games does not condone any unethical business practices. To this end we endeavor to ensure all of our employees, contractors, vendors and clients share the same business model.

While we understand some work will be performed by individuals outside of the USA every one of our employees, contractors, vendors and clients will be treated equally, paid fairly and feel safe to discuss anything which makes them feel uncomfortable in the workplace.

The founder and owner of Press X 2 Play Games has been hired as a consultant by the Department of Homeland Security and assisted with the production of public service announcements, educational and training videos as well as printed materials raising awareness on human trafficking, how to recognize the signs and what you can do to help bring an end to this heinous crime. To that end we offer training to any and all of our employees, contractors, clients and vendors. We are also committed to donating a portion of our profits from each video game to non-profit organizations dedicated to assisting survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.

The founder and owner of Press X 2 Play Games continues to stay in direct contact with the Department of Homeland Security and updates regarding the TVPA and VAWA along with DV understanding.

Each year the founder and owner of Press X 2 Play Games offers a refresher training session for all existing employees, contractors, clients and vendors as well as to ensure any new team members are brought up to date and accept their responsibility in ethical business practices.

Having been diagnosed with Complex PTSD and coping with anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and more, the founder and owner of Press X 2 Play Games is acutely aware of mental health issues and strives to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone who works on our games and plays our games.
